The service

Tessero is an AI agent that tests controls against your evidence and produces cited findings. Findings are decision support for your audit team, not a substitute for professional judgment or a formal audit opinion.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, for keeping credentials secure, and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security or access data you are not authorized to, and no uploading content you do not have the right to process.

Your content

You retain all rights to the evidence and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. We claim no ownership of your audit data or findings.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that findings are complete or error-free; you remain responsible for reviewing them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tessero is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends.
